Questions
Does LensAgent see my customers' personal data?
No. We never store customer names, emails, addresses, phone numbers or payment details — only order-level aggregates (order number, totals, line-item titles) and pseudonymous session signals. Data is encrypted at rest and automatically purged (sessions after 90 days, orders after 24 months).
How does attribution work when AI agents strip UTM parameters?
We combine multiple signals: the HTTP referrer, Shopify's customerJourneySummary on each order, UCP agent-checkout markers, and a consent-respecting web pixel that records the storefront session. Each order gets a confidence score (high/medium/low) shown in the dashboard.
Does it work with Google AI Mode / AI Overviews?
Yes — Google AI surfaces are classified as “Google AI Mode”, separate from organic Google traffic, so you can compare them directly.
Can I export the data?
Yes, CSV export is included on the Pro plan. Order tags (agent:<name>) also let you build Shopify reports and Flow automations natively.
What happens if I uninstall?
All data associated with your shop is deleted automatically when the app is uninstalled or when Shopify sends a redaction request.
